About the Company:

A global mentorship and education company based in Stockholm, helping women entrepreneurs grow their business. The company delivers online programs, events, and coaching supported by automated systems for onboarding, communication, and client success.

What to Expect:

Small, friendly team (most teammembers 3-8 years). Strong performance leads to trust, growth and paid time off.
You’ll help move multiple tools into GHL and build the automation backbone. Expect hands-on work, variety, and close collaboration with the founder.
Don't expect a large SOP library to follow. We expect you to be able to tackle problems and find solutions.
You will get high-level education and training.
A growth mindset is essential.

Role Overview:

Build internal automations, follow-ups, pipelines, onboarding flows and integrations inside GoHighLevel. In the body of your email, include the phrase: “let’s go” - this helps confirm you read the entire job post. You will be responsible for the overall systems setup, including Slack and other supporting systems and platforms. You LOVE funnels, tech and automations. You also love getting involved and sharing ways to grow our business and improve things.
We will start with half-time, aiming at full-time.


Experience:

Senior-level, hands-on GoHighLevel expertise (2+ years)
2-5+ real client GHL builds (not mock projects)
Able to share short Loom demos (1-2 min) showing real work
Strong with workflow automation, pipelines, triggers, tags and segmentation
Reliable, clear communicator and independent problem-solver
Available during Central European work hours

Who We’re Looking For:

Has at least 3 years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience
Works with a stable internet connection, quiet environment, and clear audio setup
Manages tasks efficiently and stays organized
Can design and implement advanced automation systems with ease
Operates well both independently and within a team
Is detail-focused, disciplined, and reliable under deadlines
Communicates clearly, proactively, and professionally
Takes pride in building clean, scalable, and smooth-running systems
