We’re now looking for an experienced, performance-driven Ads Media Buyer to join us remotely from the Philippines and help scale paid social campaigns that actually deliver results.

Responsibilities:
• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta and TikTok Ads Manager, handling end-to-end execution including targeting, creative setup, bidding, and budget allocation.
• Monitor and optimise campaigns based on real-time data, adjusting
• creative, audiences, or bidding strategies to improve KPIs and scale winners.
• Collaborate with the content and strategy teams to test and evolve ad creative, and share data-driven feedback to improve performance.
• Must be able to recommend how we can upsell or pitch new solutions to the current clients
• Build performance reports and deliver insights in a clear, actionable way.
• Able to present performance reports and translate numbers into strategic recommendations to grow the account
• Stay ahead of changes and updates on Meta and TikTok
• Understanding of YouTube, LinkedIn or other social media platform ads is a positive
Must-have Skills / Qualifications:
• 6+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok)
• Proven experience managing budgets of $5,000 USD/month or more.
• Strategic thinking and ability to craft performance proposals to win new business
• Exceptional communication skills—you can confidently present insights and campaign performance.
• Deep experience with conversion campaigns and optimising for sales
• You have proven experience in growing a client’s investment by recommending new solutions that help their business
• You understand what drives performance, not just how to optimise bids.
• You are an expert with A/B testing and creative development
• You think beyond media buying and understand how creative, offers, and landing pages influence results.
• You’re familiar with creator-led content (not just polished brand ads).
Hours:
Monday to Friday - 20 hours per week
