E-commerce & Marketing VA (Shopify + Photoshop) | Full-Time (PH) | US Central Hours

About the role
We are hiring a long-term Virtual Assistant to support Shopify execution, Photoshop design production, content distribution, and structured outsourcing support. This is not a generic VA role. You will work directly with me inside an active e-commerce operation. The role will grow in responsibility over time based on performance.

Availability requirement
You must be online and responsive during your scheduled shift. Expected response time is within 10–15 minutes unless you are in a scheduled deep-work block.

Core responsibilities

Shopify

Build and update product pages (titles, descriptions, variants, collections, tags)

Upload and organize product media

Maintain clean formatting and consistent standards across pages

Follow exact SOPs and page standards

Photoshop (Adobe)

Create product page images, banners, thumbnails, and simple marketing visuals

Resize, crop, retouch, and export correctly for web

Follow brand references precisely
This is not a Canva-only role.

Content distribution

Publish prepared content to platforms such as Reddit and Medium

Format posts correctly per platform and follow community rules

Maintain a log of what was posted, where, and when

Outsourcing support (structured)

Source and shortlist freelancers on platforms like Upwork using my checklist

Collect samples, rates, and availability

Maintain comparison logs
You do not make final hiring decisions.

Task tracking and admin support

Maintain a daily task log (Done / In Progress / Blocked)

Execute repeatable tasks accurately and on time

Handle ad-hoc tasks within Shopify, design, and marketing as assigned

Non-negotiable requirements

Real experience using Shopify Admin

Real experience using Adobe Photoshop (not Canva-only)

Strong written English and clear communication

Highly organized and reliable

Comfortable following SOPs exactly

Able to work U.S. Central Time hours consistently

Nice to have

Experience posting on Reddit without removals

Basic SEO formatting knowledge

Familiarity with e-commerce or print/apparel businesses

Experience sourcing freelancers or coordinating outsourcing
