Role Overview
Seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee complete daily operations of multiple Shopify stores under Inta Global Trade. You will be the central point coordinating all tea ---------- mbers, managing P&L, and driving strategic decisions to scale stores to $50,000+ monthly revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Management:
• Own overall store performance metrics and monthly revenue targets
• Develop and execute growth strategies across all sales channels
• Manage team of 5-7 Vas or more and coordinate all departmental activities
• Weekly reporting on revenue, margins, ad spend, and KPIs
• Budget management and resource allocation
Operational Oversight:
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers (CJ Dropshipping, etc.)
• Oversee order fulfillment, shipping, and returns processes
• Implement SOPs and optimize operational workflows
• Quality control across all customer touchpoints
• Problem-solving and crisis management
Cross-functional Coordination:
• Daily standups with marketing, content, and customer service teams
• Ensure alignment between advertising campaigns and inventory
• Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns
• Review and approve major marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years managing e-commerce operations (Shopify strongly preferred)
• Proven track record scaling stores to $30K+ monthly revenue
• Experience managing remote teams of 5+ people
• Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp)
Preferred Skills
• Experience with dropshipping business models
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads
• Familiarity with CJ Dropshipping or similar suppliers
• Understanding of profit margin optimization and pricing strategies
