Have you mastered customer service and are ready for the next step in your career? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

We’re a growing DTC ecommerce brand looking for a highly capable, highly reliable, and self-motivated customer service manager to take ownership of all customer communications across email and other digital platforms. This is a key role that directly impacts our customer satisfaction and long-term brand loyalty.

Importantly, we are looking for individuals who are looking to grow beyond customer service and begin taking on additional responsibilities, including managing our influencer outreach program and content management, marketing support, and operational support.

The ideal candidate is someone who thinks clearly, writes cleanly, and solves problems without handholding. You’ll need solid judgment, the ability to prioritize on your own, and a genuine sense of ownership over your work.

What the Role Entails
• Respond to all customer emails/messages within 12 hours
• Managing social media (posting and responding to our audience)
• Eventually take on additional responsibilities beyond customer support, including influencer outreach, partnerships management, operational support, and reporting.

This is not a short-term or task-based gig. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with the brand, learn new skills, and take on more responsibility over time. If you're just looking to handle tickets and move on, this won’t be the right fit.

Must-Have Qualifications
• Takes ownership of their work (feels invested in what they do)
• Excellent written English (clear, concise, no fluff)
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably for ecommerce or DTC brands
• Dependable, trustworthy, and organized.
• Able to work independently and make good decisions without constant input
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Resourceful and confident using online tools and systems

• Shopify and/or Amazon Seller Central
• Canva or other basic graphic tools
• Excel/Google Sheets
• Social media support (Facebook/Instagram DMs or comments)
• Influencer or UGC coordination
