JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-driven, proactive, highly organized Client Success Manager / Virtual Assistant to support our online fitness coaching company. You will work closely with the CEO to ensure clients feel supported, stay consistent, and receive timely communication and programming updates.

This is NOT a passive VA job. We need someone who communicates clearly, thinks ahead, follows instructions with precision, and enjoys helping people succeed.

If you are reliable, organized, tech-savvy, and able to write excellent English, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

Draft weekly client check-ins using data and templates

Help manage client communication using ChatGPT + Trainerize + WhatsApp

Keep all client programming updated in Trainerize

Maintain clean and organized Monday.com boards

Support operations, content tasks, and day-to-day admin

Flag client issues, struggles, or concerns to Coach Zach

Respond during EST mornings and evenings

What We’re Looking For

Excellent written and spoken English

Strong attention to detail

Ability to follow clear instructions

Solid reasoning skills and problem-solving

Experience with: Google Drive, Slack, ChatGPT

Experience with Trainerize, GoHighLevel, or other CRM tools is a bonus

Fitness background is a plus, but not required
