Lead List Cleaning & Website Evaluation VA

Your job will be to clean and qualify contractor lead lists so our sales team can cold call only high-quality prospects.

You will be given a Google Sheet containing contractor company names, websites, phone numbers, and emails.

Your responsibilities include:

Removing duplicate companies from the list
Visiting each contractor’s website (or noting if they don’t have one)
Evaluating the website based on clear criteria we provide
Identifying companies with poor, outdated, broken, or missing websites
Deleting or excluding companies that already have high-quality websites
Leaving a clean, final list of companies ready for cold calling
This role requires attention to detail, basic website judgment, and the ability to follow instructions exactly.

This is NOT a sales role.
You will NOT be calling or emailing anyone.

We are looking for someone reliable who can handle ongoing work.
