Lead Interiors Sourcing & Procurement Coordinator

Pay: $650/month (Full-Time)
Duration: 3 Months (Intensive Phase) with potential for long-term extension.
Reports to: Studio Manager / Christina Rhodes

The Mission
We are in the high-velocity restoration phase of a 200-year-old British Barn—a heritage project that blends British history with a "Fairytale" aesthetic. We need a visually elite, technically proficient Sourcing Coordinator to take Christina’s mood boards and floor plans and translate them into a fully costed, actionable procurement engine.

Key Responsibilities:
Visual-to-Volume Translation: Read 2D/3D floor plans and technical drawings to calculate precise quantities for heritage materials (stone, timber, fabric, hardware).

High-Velocity Sourcing: Research and find 3–5 "on-brand" options for everything from cast-iron radiators to antique brass handles within 24-48 hours of a brief.

The Canva Selection Decks: Create well visually pleasing Canva decks for Christina’s review. Each slide must include the visual, purchase link, lead time, and total cost (including shipping/VAT).

Budget Management: Maintain the Master Procurement Tracker (Google Sheets, provided to you). You are responsible for ensuring every choice fits within our financial plan or clearly shows how over/under budget it is.

Lead Time Guarding: We have a strict 60-day window for major decisions. You will track shipping timelines to ensure the project stays on schedule.


Requirements

Technical Skill: Must be able to read and interpret architectural floor plans/layouts.

Platform Mastery: Expert-level Canva (for decks) and Google Sheets (for tracking).

The "Eye": An innate understanding of the aesthetic. You understand the difference between modern minimalism and British heritage.

Availability: Full-time (40 hours/week) for an initial 3-month contract. We move fast; you must be available for quick-turnaround requests during UK working hours.
