ABOUT THE ROLE:

Fast-growing AI/tech media company seeks a meticulous, detail-oriented writer to handle podcast production, content repurposing, and guest coordination.

- Timezone: MUST work PT/PST hours (US Pacific Time)

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAILY:

WRITING TASKS (60% of role):
- Write podcast show notes, episode titles, and descriptions for each episode
- Repurpose long-form podcast content into:
- LinkedIn posts ( ---------- words, authentic tone)
- Newsletter sections ( ---------- words, professional)
- TikTok/Instagram scripts (45-60 seconds)
- Draft personalized outreach emails to potential podcast guests (VCs, founders, executives)
- Write each email uniquely - NO templates or copy-paste
- Adapt writing tone to match different platforms and audiences
- Proofread all content for grammar, spelling, formatting errors

OPERATIONS TASKS (40% of role):
- Manage content calendar in Notion with exact specifications
- Research podcast guests thoroughly:
- Find contact information (email addresses)
- Document recent achievements and news
- Identify relevant discussion topics
- Track LinkedIn activity and posts
- Organize guest information in detailed spreadsheets
- Set up and maintain systems in Notion and Google Workspace
- Execute repetitive tasks consistently (daily research, weekly templates, etc.)
- Follow detailed checklists and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
