About Us
The Balloon Brigade is a US-based family entertainment company located in Omaha, Nebraska. We book and manage professional entertainers — balloon artists, face painters, magicians, jugglers, stilt walkers, and more — for schools, churches, fairs, festivals, and corporate events across the United States.
We’ve been in business for over 25 years. The work is creative, people-focused, and can be fun — but the operations must be disciplined, accurate, and professional. We are now in a critical phase of organizing, automating, and scaling the business using GoHighLevel, CRM pipelines, automation, and AI as we move into 2026 with serious ambition.
About the Role (This Is Important)
We are hiring a pre-trained GoHighLevel Operations Manager to work directly with the owner and help run the business day-to-day. In other words...
DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT KNOW HIGH LEVEL REALLY WELL!
This role is not for someone who only builds funnels in isolation or prefers to stay behind the scenes.
You must be comfortable:
Managing pipelines and opportunities
Talking to clients on the phone
Email
Building relationships and networking
Acting as the voice, face, and ambassador of the brand
Coordinating real people being sent out to real events
If you have experience in dispatching, office management, or operations for service-based businesses (HVAC, plumbing, lawn care, event companies), this role will feel familiar.
Current Challenges You Will Be Solving
These are active, real problems — not hypothetical tasks:
Tracking down unpaid or missing invoices
Reconciling events vs opportunities vs invoices vs payments
Cleaning up and correctly structuring pipelines and opportunities
Making sure every booking is properly tracked from inquiry to payment
Organizing multiple calendars so entertainers are scheduled correctly via automation
Ensuring clients receive confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups
Setting up reliable automations so nothing falls through the cracks
The systems in GoHighLevel are not fully set up yet.
You will work side-by-side with the owner to set them up correctly and cleanly — this is a top priority.
Your Role in the Business
You are not “support.” You are operations.
You will be:
Managing pipelines, opportunities, and follow-ups
Speaking with clients by phone,
Representing the company professionally at all times
Building trust with schools, churches, fairs, and event planners
Making sure bookings turn into paid, successful events
This is a fun job booking entertainers — but it requires strong judgment, communication skills, and ownership.
