Work with an innovative Australian brand house on leading marketing & brand processes that drive real growth. ?
We’re looking for a marketing coordinator to assist in client and internal projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google and TikTok
• Conduct market and audience research to inform positioning and creative
• Report on ROAS and key performance metrics to clients and internally
• Oversee owned traffic and performance for up to 4 key accounts
• Work closely with directors to support sales process through pitches & proposals
Minimum requirements:
• 2+ years experience in a similar marketing role
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience)

Technical & platform skills
• Hands-on experience with either Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
• Confident using Figma for collaboration and briefing
• Basic experience with Shopify (or similar ecommerce platforms)
• Comfortable working with HubSpot or other
