What You’ll Do:
- Speak 1:1 with authors over phone or Zoom
- Help authors understand publishing decisions (KDP, IngramSpark, formats, launch basics)
- Guide conversations using provided scripts and frameworks

We train you on the sales process.
You must already understand the publishing process.

The Pay:
Base Salary: $800 USD / month
Commissions: Uncapped (Expected total: $1,800 - $3,200+)
Hours: US Timezones

This is a performance-based role. You receive a guaranteed base of $800/month plus uncapped commissions. Successful consultants on our team average $1,800 to $3,200 per month.
