Part-Time Financial Systems & Bookkeeping Specialist (E-Commerce)

MontBlack Inc. is seeking a highly experienced, self-directed Financial Systems & Bookkeeping Specialist with deep expertise in Amazon and Walmart accounting, and working knowledge of TikTok Shop and Squarespace.

This is not a data-entry or junior bookkeeping role.

This is a strategic, results-based position for a professional who can build, own, and maintain MontBlack’s entire e-commerce financial infrastructure independently — from day one.

You will act as the financial backbone of MontBlack, ensuring full clarity across cash flow, profitability, PPC spend, and multi-platform reconciliation.

No training will be provided. You must already know how to execute.

What This Role Owns
You are responsible for accuracy, clarity, and insight — not just reporting.
By default, you are expected to:

Know when numbers don’t make sense
Flag risks early (cash crunch, margin erosion, PPC bleed)
Proactively propose improvements to financial systems

Key Responsibilities
System Ownership
Build and maintain MontBlack’s entire bookkeeping and reporting system from scratch.
Maintain clean, audit-ready books at all times.
Multi-Platform Reconciliation
Reconcile all transactions, fees, refunds, and payouts from:
Amazon Seller Central
Walmart Seller Center
TikTok Shop
Squarespace
Ensure zero unexplained variances.
Advertising & Cost Tracking
Accurately record and analyze PPC spend from:
Amazon Ads
Walmart Ads
TikTok Ads
Map advertising costs to net margins and true profitability.
Reporting & Cash Flow

Deliver:
Weekly cash flow summaries (runway, inflows, outflows)
Monthly reconciliations & profitability reports

Track:
COGS
Logistics & fulfillment costs
Marketplace fees
Refunds & chargebacks
Advertising spend
Net margins by platform
Dashboards & Automation
Build automated dashboards (Google Sheets / Excel preferred) showing:
Multi-platform profitability
Cash flow visibility
PPC impact on margins
Strategic Collaboration

Work directly with the CEO to:
Review financial trends
Forecast cash flow and profit
Improve financial systems and efficiency

90-Day Success Criteria
By day 90, you should have:

Fully reconciled books across all platforms
Clear, reliable cash flow visibility
Advertising spend accurately reflected in net margins
Zero unexplained discrepancies
Simple, decision-ready dashboards for management

Required Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on e-commerce bookkeeping/accounting
Amazon and Walmart experience REQUIRED
TikTok Shop and Squarespace experience strongly preferred
Proven experience building financial systems independently

Strong understanding of:
E-commerce cash flow
Marketplace payout timing
Margins and PPC impact

A2X
Seller Central & Walmart reports

Schedule & Compensation
Part-time / Flexible
No minimum required hours — results-based
Pay: USD $7–$13/hour (based on experience)
Monthly performance bonuses for accuracy and clarity
