B2B Outreach Virtual Assistant – Calls & Emails (Insurance Agencies)

Job Type: Part-time
Hours: 2–4 hours per day (U.S. business hours)
Pay: $4–$7/hour

Location: Remote

Role Summary

We are hiring a B2B Outreach Virtual Assistant to call U.S.-based insurance agencies, send follow-up emails, and book intro calls. This is not sales. Your only objective is to start conversations and schedule brief intro calls.

Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to U.S. insurance agencies using a provided script
• Speak with agency owners or managers
• Send same-day follow-up emails after live conversations
• Book intro calls only (no pitching, no pricing)
• Log all calls and emails accurately in a tracking sheet
• Follow approved messaging and instructions exactly

Daily & Weekly KPIs (Non-Negotiable)
• 25–40 outbound calls/day (minimum 20)
• 5–10 live conversations/day
• 15–25 follow-up emails/day
• 1–3 intro calls booked/day
• 5–10 intro calls booked/week

Verification & Access (Required)
• 100% of calls must be recorded
• 100% of emails must be verifiable
• You must allow full access to:
• Call recordings
Email sent folder or CRM logs
• Daily activity tracking sheet

Failure to provide verification counts as non-performance.

Requirements
• Prior B2B cold calling or appointment-setting experience
• Clear, neutral English (spoken and written)
• Comfortable speaking with U.S. business owners
• Reliable internet, computer, and headset
• Willingness to follow scripts strictly
• Comfortable with recorded calls and transparent reporting

Performance & Termination
• Week 1: Coaching and optimization
• Week 2: KPIs must be met consistently
• Immediate termination for missed KPIs, lack of verification, false reporting, or script deviation
