Recruitment for E-commerce Product Listing and Sourcing / Photo Editing Staff

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable E-commerce Virtual Assistant to support our online store.
The main responsibilities include:
• Product Sourcing: Research and find profitable products from 1688 online marketplaces and suppliers.
• Simple Photo Editing: Resize, crop, remove backgrounds, and make basic image adjustments.
• Data Organization: Collect, clean, and organize product information (pricing, descriptions, specifications).
• Product Listing: Upload and publish products with accurate details and images on Coupang (a leading Korean e-commerce platform) and other platforms if needed.

Requirements:
• Basic experience with e-commerce platforms
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data entry and management
• Basic skills in photo editing tools
• Good English communication skills
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to meet deadlines

Preferred (Not Required):
• Ability to communicate in Korean or Chinese
• Familiarity with ---------- or other Chinese wholesale platforms
• Experience sourcing products from China and coordinating with suppliers
• Prior experience listing products on Coupang is a strong advantage



Work Conditions:
• Type: Full-time / Part-time (negotiable)
• Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-time preferred)
• Payment: $400 per month
(based on experience and performance)
• Long-term cooperation preferred
