High-Ticket Sales Closer (Personal Brand )

Remote | Performance-Based |

Brand: Kel King / LA Elite Rentals
Sales Type: Warm Leads Only (DM Setters ? Closers)
Location: Remote (Philippines Preferred; Open to Global)
Schedule: Flexible (Call-Based)
Compensation: Base + Commission (Above Market)

About the Role

We’re hiring high-performance sales closers to convert pre-qualified warm leads into paid clients across our personal brand offers and LA Elite Rentals programs.

You will not be cold calling.
Leads are warmed by DM setters and content.

Your job is to:

Lead confident sales conversations

Handle objections cleanly

Close decisively

Protect brand integrity while maximizing conversions

This role requires judgment, confidence, and the ability to think beyond scripts.

Key Responsibilities

Take scheduled sales calls from qualified prospects

Build rapport quickly and control the call

Identify pain points and buying signals

Handle objections (price, timing, trust, comparison)

Close deals and secure payment

Accurately update CRM and call outcomes

Communicate feedback to setters and leadership

Maintain high show-up and close rates

Daily / Weekly Expectations

Be on time and prepared for scheduled calls

Maintain strong close-to-call ratios

Follow sales framework while adapting to the prospect

Enforce payment terms and policies professionally

Protect the brand — no pressure tactics or misrepresentation

Requirements

Proven experience closing sales (high-ticket preferred)

Strong objection-handling skills

Clear, confident spoken English

Calm under pressure; decisive and professional

Organized with CRM and follow-ups

Coachable but self-directed

Bonus (Not Required)

Experience closing for personal brands, coaching, or mentorship offers

Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Stripe, or calendar booking systems

Background in car rentals, automotive, or business services

Compensation & Structure

This is a performance-driven role with strong upside.

Compensation includes:

Base pay or per-call stipend

Commission per closed deal

Performance bonuses tied to:

Close rate

Show-up rate

Revenue consistency

Top closers can earn $3,000–$6,000+/month, depending on performance and volume.
