Location: Remote (Philippines Preferred)
Schedule: Part-Time (20 hours/week to start)
Compensation: $5–$6/hour + performance bonuses

About the Role

We’re hiring Social Media DM Setters to manage direct messages for a fast-growing personal brand in business, car rentals, and lifestyle content.

Your role is to:

Start conversations

Qualify interest

Warm leads

Book calls or hand off qualified prospects

This is not customer support and not spammy outreach.
You are the first impression of the brand and must communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally.

If you understand social media conversation flow, curiosity, and timing — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Instagram DMs daily (inbound and outbound)

Respond to comments and story replies to initiate conversations

Qualify leads based on interest, intent, and readiness

Ask clear, natural questions (no robotic scripts)

Book qualified leads onto calls or next steps

Track conversations in CRM or shared tracking system

Follow provided scripts while adapting when appropriate

Maintain brand tone, professionalism, and response speed

Daily Expectations

Consistent DM activity during assigned hours

Clean follow-ups with warm leads (no ghosting)

Accurate tagging and tracking of conversations

Meet daily activity and booking targets

Communicate clearly with the team

Requirements

Strong written English (natural, conversational, confident)

Comfortable initiating conversations in DMs

Familiar with Instagram DM culture

Organized, reliable, and self-managed

Coachable and open to feedback

Able to hit daily activity goals without constant supervision

Prior experience as a DM setter, appointment setter, or VA for a personal brand is a strong plus.

Bonus (Not Required)

Experience with GoHighLevel, ManyChat, or CRM tools

Background in sales, marketing, or coaching brands

Understanding of high-ticket offers or call booking funnels

Compensation & Growth

Base pay: $5–$6/hour

Performance bonuses based on:

Qualified calls booked

Call show-up rate

Consistency and reliability

Top performers can earn $800–$1,200/month part-time and may grow into:

Full-time roles

Senior setter positions

Long-term placement across multiple brands
