Job Title: Superior Sales & Customer Service Representative (Remote – Part-Time)
Company: LA Elite Rentals
Location: Los Angeles–Based (Remote OK – Philippines Preferred)
Type: Part-Time | Contract
Reports To: Executive Assistant / Founder

LA Elite Rentals is a Los Angeles–based private car rental company serving Uber, Lyft, and delivery drivers. We don’t just rent cars — we provide income solutions that keep drivers on the road and earning.

We move fast, enforce policies, and operate like a real business — not a script-based call center.

We’re looking for a sales-minded, high-accountability operator who can convert inbound leads into rentals, handle objections confidently, upsell where appropriate, and make smart decisions when situations don’t fit perfectly into a checklist.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively engage inbound leads via text, phone, and messaging with a sales-first mindset

Convert inquiries into paying renters, extensions, upgrades, and add-ons

Make a minimum of 50 qualified offers per day
(An offer = clearly presenting pricing, terms, and next steps)

Handle objections confidently (price, competition, hesitation, timing)

Think beyond scripts — when something doesn’t fit the playbook, analyze, d ---------- , and propose a smart solution

Clearly communicate and enforce policies (payments, returns, late fees, violations)

Collect overdue balances while maintaining professionalism

Coordinate escalations with the EA/Fleet team (maintenance, swaps, repossessions)

Submit daily reports including:

Leads contacted

Offers made

Conversions

Objections handled

Creative solutions used

Requirements

Proven ability to persuade, close, and guide decisions

Strong critical thinking — you can adapt when A ? B doesn’t work

Clear, confident written and verbal communication

Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-ups

Comfortable enforcing rules without getting emotional

Tech-savvy (CRM systems, messaging platforms, task tracking)

Prior experience in sales or sales-heavy customer service required

Bonus (Not Required)

Experience working with Uber/Lyft or gig drivers

Familiarity with GoHighLevel, ManyChat, Slack, or HQ Rental Software

Background in rentals, automotive, or logistics

Compensation & Performance Metrics

This is a higher-paying role due to the level of responsibility and decision-making involved.

Compensation includes:

Above-market base pay

Performance-based commissions and bonuses tied to:

Daily offers (50+ consistently)

Lead-to-renter conversion rate

Upsells, extensions, and add-ons closed

Reliability and decision quality

Top performers will have opportunities for:

Pay increases

Expanded authority

Long-term placement within the company
