UGC Video Editing Expert Needed (Meta Ads – Dutch Market)

Looking for a UGC video editing expert to create high-converting ad creatives for Facebook & Instagram (Meta Ads).

These videos will target a Dutch audience, so the editor must be able to create videos in Dutch (Dutch subtitles, pacing, tone).

This is not a basic editing job.
Work will be used for paid ads only.

Requirements:

Proven experience with UGC ads for Meta

Knows hooks, pacing & ad psychology

Can edit Dutch-language videos

Focus on conversions, not aesthetics
