Product Research & Supplier Matching VA (eBay / Amazon / Asda / Costco)

Job Description

I am looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a structured eBay dropshipping business.

This role focuses on product research and supplier matching, not customer service.

You will be given:
• Clear step-by-step SOPs
• Exact search terms
• Fixed rules to follow
• Data templates

This is not a creative role.
You must follow instructions exactly.

Key Responsibilities
• Research products on eBay using provided filters
• Record product data accurately in Google Sheets
• Match products to suppliers on Amazon, Asda, or Costco
• Apply numeric rules (sales thresholds, price limits, competition limits)
• Flag exceptions – do NOT make decisions

Requirements
• Experience with eBay and Amazon research
• Comfortable using Google Sheets / Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to follow written SOPs exactly

Working Hours
• 20–30 hours per week initially
