UK-based and UAE-based company building an in-house team in the Philippines to support its internal operations. The Manager will lead and manage our Philippine office and staff, who work directly and exclusively for a UK-based company and its affiliated group companies. The office will be located in Cebu. Our CEO will conduct interviews in person on 19.01.2026 in Cebu City.

About the position:
- Set up and oversee the day-to-day operations of our own office in the Philippines, including facilities, staffing and internal processes.
- Build, train and manage teams that handle internal functions such as administration, customer support, back-office tasks and operations.
- Implement KPIs, reporting and performance management for tea
- Ensure compliance with local labor practices, office policies and company procedures.
- Coordinate closely with senior management abroad to align the Philippine office with company goals, culture and long-term plans.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management, site leadership or similar roles in the Philippines.
- Strong people management skills, including hiring, coaching, performance management and culture-building.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with confidence in communicating with international management teams.
- Solid understanding of office operations, HR practices and local workplace regulations.
