SAP Experience Essential

The role
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Distribution Coordinator with SAP experience to support a fast-moving Australian fashion and headwear business. You’ll help keep the warehouse running smoothly, orders shipping on time, and all moving parts of the supply chain aligned.

This is a hands-on operations role where you’ll coordinate warehouse activity, support distribution planning, manage carrier relationships, and help keep costs on track. Communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management will be key to your success. Experience with SAP is essential.

Day-to-day you’ll be doing:
Distribution Planning
- Assist with forecasting inbound and outbound shipments based on inventory, demand and PO delivery dates
- Align priorities across internal and external teams
- Monitor outbound dispatch to ensure accurate and timely shipping
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to resolve issues quickly

Warehouse Operations
- Allocate incoming stock and prioritise outbound orders
- Support daily warehouse workflow and general operational tasks
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and support AU/NZ warehouse projects
- Review 3PL performance and escalate issues when needed

Cost Management
- Review freight invoices and track weekly transport spend
- Analyse transport charges at consignment level
- Flag discrepancies and support cost-saving initiatives

Carrier Relationship Management
- Coordinate pickups, deliveries and special handling with carriers
- Monitor carrier performance and escalate service issues
- Maintain performance scorecards and DIFOT reporting

Who we want
You’re organised, solutions-focused and communicate clearly. You like being “across the details” and keeping things moving. You’re comfortable owning processes, juggling priorities and working with multiple stakeholders across operations, logistics, finance and customer service.

You’ll thrive if you have:
- 2–5+ years’ experience in supply chain, logistics or warehouse coordination
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain concepts
- Experience working with purchase orders, production timelines or DC operations
- Great communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- High attention to detail and accuracy

Experience with SAP is essential.

Hours: 9am - 5pm AEST
Start Date: January 5th 2026

What’s on offer
- Stable weekly pay - paid weekly for reliable cashflow
- Paid leave & raises - 5 days paid leave after 6 months, +5% pay rise after 6 months, plus annual increases
- Supportive team environment - hands-on onboarding, SOPs, coaching and guidance
- Growth & progression - exposure to senior operations leaders, process improvement work and cross-department collaboration
- A pragmatic, no-BS culture - we value straight communication, teamwork and continuous improvement
