JOB OVERVIEW

PROJECT OVERVIEW
We are building a complete digital addressing and logistics ecosystem for the Philippines, consisting of three interconnected mobile applications:

The Three Applications:
COMPANY ADMIN APP (Internal Operations)

Users: Office staff, managers, dispatchers

Purpose: Dashboard to manage drivers, assign areas, monitor mapping progress, verify data, and generate reports.

Platform: Primarily Web/Desktop (responsive), with a tablet-friendly interface.

DRIVER/FIELD AGENT APP (Primary Field Tool)

Users: Drivers and field agents on motorcycles or vehicles.

Purpose: The main tool for navigating to locations, pinning unmapped buildings, capturing photos/data, and generating Philippine-standard address codes (PH-GRIDCODE-BUILDING#). Must work offline.

Platform: Android Mobile (primary), with iOS adaptation guidelines.

CUSTOMER/VENDOR APP (Public-Facing)

Users: Businesses and citizens receiving services or verifying their address.

Purpose: Allows users to look up their new address code, share it with services, request updates, and see the driver's progress if a service is en route.

Platform: Cross-platform Mobile (Android & iOS).

YOUR MISSION
Design a cohesive, scalable, and user-centric design system that connects all three apps under one brand, while tailoring the experience perfectly to each user's context (office, field, home).

Key Design Challenges You'll Solve:
App Primary User Key Design Challenge
Company App Dispatcher at a desk Information Density & Clarity – Designing a powerful dashboard that manages a fleet and a national mapping project without overwhelm.
Driver App Driver on a motorcycle Extreme Usability & Offline-First – Creating an interface that is glanceable, works with gloves, and functions perfectly with no internet.
Customer App Citizen at home Simplicity & Trust – Making a technical addressing system feel simple, reliable, and valuable to the general public.

Competitive analysis of logistics/admin/delivery apps.

Design System Creation (Week 2-3):

Master Figma Design System: Colors, typography (including localization considerations), icons, and a shared component library (buttons, cards, inputs).

Platform Adaptations: Guidelines for applying the system to Web (Company App), Android (Driver App), and iOS (Customer App).

High-Fidelity Mockups & Prototypes (Week 3-6):

Company Admin App: Dashboard, driver management screen, mapping progress overview, data verification interface.

Driver App: Live map view, offline navigation, one-touch address pinning workflow, camera/photo interface, task list.

Customer App: Address lookup, QR code viewer, service tracking status, profile management.

Handoff & Support (Week 6):

Interactive prototypes for key user flows.

Organized Figma files with developer annotations.

Expert-level proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, variables, prototyping).

Proven experience designing for multiple platforms (Web, Android, iOS) within a single project.

Excellent communication skills in English.
