JOB OVERVIEW

Remote Sales & Lead Generation Representative (Part-Time ? Full-Time)

Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)


Compensation

Sales Commission

$100 upfront per client signed

$50 per month for the first 3 months

$250 total per client


Lead Generation (Hourly – Limited & Temporary)

$5/hour

Up to 5–10 hours per week

Hourly work will be reduced as inbound lead volume increases


About the Role

We’re a growing service business looking for a motivated, reliable sales representative who can both close warm leads and help with basic lead generation while volume is still low.

This role starts part-time and is designed to grow into a higher-volume / full-time opportunity as the business scales.

Important:

We currently receive a few warm leads per week

This role requires minimal weekly time right now

As marketing ramps up, lead volume and earnings will increase


We value honesty and long-term growth over hype.


What You’ll Be Doing

Sales (Commission-Based)

Call and message warm leads (phone, WhatsApp, email)

Explain our service clearly and professionally

Answer basic questions

Close clients

Update simple CRM notes


Warm leads provided — no cold calling for sales.


Lead Generation (Hourly)

Follow up with old or unresponsive leads

Send outbound messages (email, DM, WhatsApp)

Basic prospect research

CRM cleanup and lead organization


Hourly work is clearly defined, tracked, and capped.


Payment Transparency

Upfront commissions paid immediately after client signup

Monthly commissions paid automatically for each active client

Monthly commissions are paid even if you stop working with us

Hourly pay is processed weekly



Earning Potential

Part-time (current volume): $300–$800/month

As volume increases: $1,000–$2,000+ per month

No income cap for consistent performers

Strong spoken and written English

Comfortable on calls

Sales or appointment-setting experience preferred

Reliable internet and quiet workspace
