About the Role

Rocket Launch Media is hiring a Marketing Agency Fulfillment Specialist to work directly inside our operations team.

You will be executing structured, repeatable tasks across:
• GoHighLevel automations & CRM
• WordPress + Elementor builds and updates
• Local SEO implementation
• Google Business Profile (GBP) management
• AI-assisted website and content execution

This role is ideal for someone who:
• Has real agency experience
• Can follow SOPs without hand-holding
• Moves fast and communicates clearly
• Uses AI tools to execute efficiently, not to cut corners
• Enjoys checklists, structure, and clear expectations

What You’ll Be Doing

GoHighLevel
• Building and maintaining workflows, pipelines, and automations
• Managing forms, calendars, follow-ups, snapshots, and CRM cleanup

WordPress + Elementor
• Creating, editing, and updating pages
• Implementing layouts correctly on desktop and mobile

Local SEO Execution
• On-page SEO fixes (H1s, metadata, internal linking, page structure)
• Creating service pages and service-area pages

Google Business Profile (GBP)
• Posting updates and photos
• Managing Q&A, services, and categories
• Handling review workflows and responses

AI-Assisted Execution
• Using AI tools to speed up implementation (not raw writing only)
• Assisting with AI website builds and AI visibility optimizations

Operations
• Following SOPs and task checklists
• Updating task boards accurately
• Clearly communicating when tasks are completed

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

You must meet ALL of the following:
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Previous marketing agency experience
• GoHighLevel experience (mandatory)
• WordPress + Elementor experience
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, AI builders)
• Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Standard Time hours
• Fast execution with strong attention to detail

PAY & HOURS
• $3.50 – $6.00 per hour (based on skill, speed, and reliability)
• 35 hours per week
• Long-term, full-time role for the right person
