We are looking for a UGC Content Creator Manager to support our UGC production team by sourcing and onboarding content creators across social media platforms.

This role focuses on identifying potential creators based on given criteria, building and maintaining shortlists, and assisting with creator onboarding to ensure a smooth and consistent production workflow.

Responsibilities include:

— sourcing content creators on social media based on provided guidelines
— creating and maintaining organized creator shortlists
— assisting with creator onboarding and coordination
— supporting ongoing UGC projects by ensuring a steady pipeline of available creators
— following internal SOPs and collaborating closely with the UGC team.
