We’re looking for a Customer Support VA who is highly skilled in:
-Managing and replying to customer inquiries through Re:amaze quickly and professionally
-Communicating with empathy, clarity, and patience — especially with an older (50+) customer base
-Handling refunds, replacements, and order tracking with accuracy and care
-Identifying common customer issues and suggesting ways to improve support workflows
-Maintaining consistent brand voice and tone across all messages
-You must be able to follow detailed SOPs, understand customer psychology in the health and wellness niche, and resolve issues efficiently while keeping customers happy.
