We are looking for a Content & Course Manager to support a new course creator / consultant who is setting up.
Your job is to take raw ideas (voice notes, podcasts, long videos) and turn them into structured, sellable course material.
This is not a social media role and not a marketing role. We have a FT social media manager already.
What You’ll Do:
- Turn raw audio/video into:
Course modules
Lesson outlines
Training frameworks
- Clean up structure, flow, and clarity
- Build and maintain courses in tools like:
Skool, GHL
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, transcription tools) to work faster
- Organize content into a reusable knowledge library
- Do basic video trimming for courses (cut lessons, remove dead time, label files)
- meta ads to test ideas for courses
What You Won’t Do
- Social media posting
- Short-form reels or TikToks
Requirements
- Experience supporting:
Course creators, consultants, or coaches
My tiktok/fb/ig is derekpinoykiwi and as you can see it's quite new but viral. My project is to build a team around me to (as a general vision: "Helping Filipinos earn global income, how to run traditional businesses, think bigger, and escape the limits of traditional Filipino mindsets." We will push and filter people towards the paid courses.
- Strong at:
Organizing messy ideas
Turning recordings into structured learning material
- Good written English (clear, simple)
- Comfortable using AI daily to speed up work
- Can do basic video cutting (not advanced editing)
Nice to Have
- Experience with Skool
- Podcast or long-form content experience
- Background in education or training

Salary
- ?60,000 – ?90,000/month
(Higher for exceptional candidates)
