FEMALE Virtual Assistant for Odoo ERP / CRM / eCommerce (High-Level)

JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a FEMALE (Bachelorette Only) High-Level GVA with substantial hands-on experience in Odoo ERP/CRM, eCommerce Operations, and Website Management. This role is for someone who can work independently, solve problems, and optimize systems, not just follow instructions.

You will manage, maintain, and continuously improve our business websites, CRM, and online store using Odoo ERP.

- Oversee CRM, ERP, and eCommerce tasks.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of products and customer data.
- Troubleshoot system and website issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A.) ODOO ERP / CRM
- Manage and oversee daily operations in Odoo ERP / CRM
- Ensure accuracy of CRM, sales, inventory, and order data
- Monitor and improve Odoo workflows and processes
- Identify system issues and coordinate solutions
- Support integration between CRM, eCommerce, and operations
- Guide or support junior VAs on Odoo-related tasks

B.) ECOMMERCE
- Manage and oversee eCommerce operations and workflows.
- Ensure product, pricing, inventory, and order accuracy.
- Monitor store performance and identify improvement areas.
- Optimize product listings and store structure.
- Coordinate eCommerce processes with Odoo ERP / CRM.
- Support and guide junior VAs on eCommerce tasks.

C.) WEBSITE MANAGEMENT AND SUPPORT
- Manage and oversee daily website operations.
- Ensure website performance, content accuracy, and consistency.
- Plan and implement website improvements and updates.
- Identify issues, optimize workflows, and suggest enhancements.
- Coordinate website activities with Odoo ERP, CRM, and eCommerce systems.
- Guide or support junior VAs on website-related tasks.

D.) GENERAL VA / ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS
- Manage and oversee administrative and business support operations.
- Coordinate tasks, schedules, and priorities.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of records and reports.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Support management with planning and execution.
- Guide and support junior VAs when needed.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP / CRM
- Experience managing eCommerce and business websites
- Comfortable handling multiple systems and workflows
