Amazon Virtual Assistant (Wholesale & Brand Registry Specialist)

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Virtual Assistant (VA) to manage and grow our Amazon wholesale account. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, brand approvals through wholesale invoicing, Brand Registry support, and proven strategies to increase sales. This role requires strong knowledge of eCommerce operations, Amazon policies, and listing optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Product Listing & Catalog Management

Create and add new product listings (ASIN creation, variations, flat files when needed)

Update product quantities, pricing, and inventory levels accurately

Maintain clean and compliant listings according to Amazon policies

Brand Approval & Compliance

Obtain brand approvals using wholesale invoices provided

Communicate with Amazon Seller Support to resolve brand or listing issues

Ensure all documentation meets Amazon’s requirements

Brand Registry Support

Assist with Brand Registry enrollment and management

Handle brand-related cases, listing protections, and content updates

Support A+ Content and brand compliance where applicable

Sales Growth & Optimization

Optimize product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords)

Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase conversions

Monitor competitors, pricing, and Buy Box performance

Identify opportunities to expand product catalog and improve rankings

Account Health & Performance

Monitor account health metrics (IP complaints, suppressed listings, policy warnings)

Resolve listing errors and performance notifications

Ensure best practices are followed to keep the account in good standing

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as an Amazon VA (Wholesale preferred)

Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central

Experience obtaining brand approvals through wholesale invoicing

Familiarity with Brand Registry processes and Amazon policies

Understanding of Amazon SEO, listing optimization, and sales strategies

Ability to communicate effectively with Amazon Seller Support

Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable

Preferred Skills

Experience with flat file uploads

Knowledge of tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or similar

Understanding of FBA and FBM workflows

Experience scaling wholesale or brand accounts
