We are looking for a highly motivated and English-fluent Virtual Assistant to handle our daily social media presence and lead generation outreach. This role is a mix of creative content posting and proactive sales outreach to bring new employers to our job board platform.
?CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
?Social Media Management: Create and post daily engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. This includes graphics, captions, and responding to all comments/messages.
???Email Outreach: Send personalized introductory emails to companies and hiring managers to introduce our job board and its benefits.
?Lead Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up emails and brief outbound calls to potential clients to help them post their first job on our site.
?Customer Support: Answer incoming emails, provide information about our services, and assist users with the website.
?Admin Tasks: Maintain a database of leads and track outreach progress daily.
?REQUIREMENTS
?Fluent English: Exceptional written and spoken English skills are mandatory.
?Design Skills: Proficient in Canva or similar tools to create professional social media posts.
?Outreach Experience: Comfortable with "cold" outreach and persistent follow-up via email and phone.
?Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and meet daily posting and email quotas.
?Technical Setup: High-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a reliable computer.
