Senior Recruiter

We're hiring a Recruiter to help us build high-performing sales and customer-facing teams. You'll own the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews—for sales, customer success, marketing, and operations roles.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Location: Remote (Philippines)
- Hours: Part-time, 4 hours/day (8 AM - 12 PM PST Pacific Time, Monday-Friday)
- Compensation: $300 - $600 USD/month (based on experience)
- Start Date: Immediate
- Reports To: Founder / Head of Operations

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Sourcing & Outreach (60%):
- Source candidates on LinkedIn and professional networks
- Write compelling outreach messages that resonate with sales and business professionals
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for non-technical roles
- Screen resumes and assess candidate backgrounds
- Understand role requirements and translate them into sourcing strategies
- Identify passive candidates and engage them effectively

Coordination & Communication (30%):
- Schedule interviews across multiple time zones
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Prepare interview briefs and candidate summaries for hiring managers
- Coordinate assessments and exercises
- Follow up with candidates and maintain positive relationships
- Send offer letters and coordinate onboarding handoffs

Process Improvement (10%):
- Track recruitment metrics
- Document and improve recruiting SOPs
- Research new sourcing channels
- Provide weekly reports on pipeline status and hiring progress

REQUIREMENTS:
Must Have:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills (Boolean search, filters, InMail)
- Experience recruiting for sales, customer success, or business roles
- Experience recruiting for remote positions
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Available to work 8 AM - 12 PM PST Pacific Time consistently

Nice to Have:
- Experience with ATS/CRM platforms (HubSpot, Greenhouse, Lever, BambooHR, etc.)
- Experience recruiting for US-based companies or startups
- Experience with video interviews and remote hiring processes
- Understanding of sales roles and compensation structures
