Google Ads Manager

Requirements:
Extensive experience working with Google Ads in the United States market. Must be able to:
Do keyword research from scratch using tools such as Google Keyword Planner and any others that you see fit.

Research competition

Negative keyword research – this is a MUST.

Excellent, fluent English speaker.

Webcam / Zoom / Skype or any other means for web/video communication.

Good Microsoft Excel skills as we do a TON of our work with Excel

Excellent communication. Must be able to read, write and have a conversation in English.

MUST be able to suggest other means for doing tasks. We’ve been doing this job for a long time and have a lot of experience with it. However, we don’t know everything and I’m sure that there are things that we could be doing more efficiently, or just better. If you have a suggestion, we want someone who’s willing to bring that to the table, and we ENCOURAGE this.

Able to give constructive criticism. Able to provide constructive feedback when improvements can be made, including clear explanations and suggestions for how to do things better—not simply stating that something is wrong.
After early tasks are done to our satisfaction, we will hand off more advanced tasks and add more hours for work.

Must be able to optimize existing campaigns to improve Click-through-rates, cost-per-click, and most of all increase conversions and phone calls.

We would like someone who has experience with landing pages to not only offer suggestions (with examples) of how to make the pages more effective, but to eventually help out with this task.

Must have experience working with Google Ads Manager account

Experience with smaller local businesses with smaller Google Ad budgets. We have a few smaller campaigns with lower ad budgets. While we know that there’s only so many changes you can make to a campaign each month, we want someone who’s skilled in making the most out of those campaigns.
