Description:
I’m looking for a highly reliable, emotionally intelligent Virtual Assistant to support a boutique creative business based in New Zealand.
This role requires someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working with meaning?based products, symbolic collections, and high?ticket private clients.
A Christian background or values?aligned mindset is welcome, as the work involves sensitivity, integrity, and discretion.
This is a 20?hour paid trial for the first week, with the intention to continue at 20 hours per week ongoing if it’s a good fit.
You must be able to achieve significant progress within the first 20 hours.

Your Responsibilities
You will help with:
Shopify
Fixing collections and navigation
Uploading products
Creating simple private?sale pages
Ensuring the store looks clean, functional, and professional
Content & Story Formatting
Formatting short stories into Canva
Preparing simple PDFs and one?page overviews
Uploading photos and descriptions
Outreach & Lead Research
Building small, targeted contact lists (NZ, Australia, Dubai)
Sending outreach emails/messages (templates provided)
Tracking replies and organising follow?up
General Executive Support
Light admin
Organising files
Helping keep projects moving
Communicating clearly and consistently

You Are

Strong in written English
