**Creative Designer: Inexperienced or Experienced (Hidden Creative Talent Welcome)**

We are a growing clothing brand looking for creative people with a strong visual eye and good design taste.

The most important requirement for this role is the ability to recognize good design and aesthetics. You do not need formal experience in apparel, advertising, or agencies. What matters most is your creativity, visual judgment, and character.

This is a full-time, long-term position (8 hours per day, Monday to Friday/Saturday). We are serious about our work and are looking for someone who wants to grow with us over the long term.

What You’ll Do
• Create graphic designs, primarily for T-shirts
• Design other creative assets when needed (ads, emails, website visuals, etc.)
• Occasionally assist with related creative tasks

What We’re Looking For
• Strong ability to recognize good design and aesthetics
• Any form of creative experience (professional or personal projects are both welcome)
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Honest, clear communication
• Strong work ethic and focus during working hours
• Flexibility with work hours when needed (day, evening, or occasional weekends)
• Properly functioning computer
• Long-term mindset

Design tools are helpful but not required. Visual judgment, creativity, and character matter most.

Compensation & Growth
• Starting rate: $4/hour for the first 1–2 months
• Raises are introduced based on performance
