We’re a fast-growing short-term rental (STR) company looking for a dedicated, career-minded VA to join our operations team. We don’t run party houses; we host business travelers and families. We value people who take ownership, solve problems, and want stability—not just another gig.

The Role (Priority Opening)

Schedule: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Eastern Time (Tuesday-Sunday)

Type: Full-time, remote, long-term

Pay: $5–$7/hr (DOE) + performance bonuses + growth opportunities

Growth Path: High performers can advance into Lead VA ($8–$10/hr + team bonus)

What You’ll Do

Manage guest messages (clear, professional, friendly replies)

Coordinate cleaners, maintenance, and vendors

File claims and follow SOPs for disputes

Monitor devices (where permitted), noise alerts, and outages

Keep daily shift reports and clean handoffs for the next VA

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication: English C1+, can write professional guest-facing messages quickly

Common sense & problem-solving: Handle issues calmly and logically

Experience: Previous VA experience in property management, hospitality, call center, or similar ops role

Tech-ready: Reliable internet (50 Mbps+), computer, quiet workspace

Commitment: Looking for stability and long-term work (12+ months)
