Customer service/ Administrative support with marketing

I own a mental health/ Behavioral health small group practice. I need assistance with answering phones, creating accounts for potential patients and adding them to the therapist calendar. Billing ( simple step because i have a billing company just need person to add insurance/ possibly verification of insurance) Billing for each client. Additionally, marketing on our facebook, tik -tok, instagram accounts creating content) to generate new potential clients.
The position would consist of 3 days a week for 8 hours.
