Responsibilities
Primary Client Support
• Respond to client messages via CRM (DisputeFox) — portal messages,
• Provide friendly, professional support and timely responses
• Use internal tools to research and answer client questions
• Occasionally assist with calls forwarded from our virtual receptionist
Billing & Account Maintenance
• Apply billing changes (late fees, suspension fees) as instructed
• Follow internal billing SOPs
• Initiate collections/forward accounts when necessary
Credit Disputes & Client Onboarding
• Import new credit reports into DisputeFox
• Prepare and send out dispute items per process
• Review client?uploaded documents and write dispute responses
• Onboard new clients who enroll via our website
Free Consultation
• Respond to lead
• Generate and send consult reports using our templates and system
What We’re Looking For
? Experience using DisputeFox or a similar credit repair platform
? Strong written English skills (clear, professional communication)
? Customer?service mindset — patient, responsive, accurate
? Ability to follow written SOPs and use online support systems
? Reliable, high?speed internet and backup power/internet
? Comfortable working independently and managing tasks
? Phone communication skills for rare inbound support calls
Bonus Points:
Credit repair, billing, or collections experience
CRM experience (DisputeFox, HubSpot, Zendesk, etc.)
Schedule
• 3–4 hours per day
• Monday – Friday
• Flexible between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (USA time)
• No weekend work
• No U.S. holidays required
