Flexible Content Repurposing VA

Job Description

I’m looking for a social media–savvy assistant to help repurpose short-form videos across multiple platforms and support light content research.

This role is for someone who is already comfortable using social media daily, understands how short-form content performs, and can make reasonable decisions around captions, hashtags, and posting formats without constant direction.

You should be observant, adaptable, and able to spot patterns in other creators’ content.

Responsibilities

Repurpose existing short-form videos to:


Facebook & Instagram (Reels)

Pinterest

LTK

Youtube

Amazon

Plan out content calendar - Write appropriate captions and hashtags

Adjust captions naturally per platform (no copy-paste spam)

Handle multiple platforms in one session

Observe other creators and competitor profiles to:

Identify posting patterns

Note recurring content styles

Support light research when requested

Track time honestly and accurately

What You’ll Be Doing (Day-to-Day)

Reposting videos with platform-appropriate captions

Choosing relevant hashtags

Noticing what types of videos perform well on other accounts

Making small judgment calls (format, wording, timing)

Supporting light research tasks like:

“What type of videos does this creator post most often?”

“What hooks or captions show up repeatedly?”

This is not a strategy or management role — but it does require good social media instincts.

Required Skills & Traits

Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, or LTK regularly

Good intuition for short-form content

Able to come up with captions and hashtags independently

Observant and able to spot patterns in other profiles

Able to multitask across platforms

Honest with time tracking

Communicates clearly when unsure

This role is not a fit if you:

Avoid thinking-based tasks

Need step-by-step instructions for every action

Guess wildly instead of checking or asking

Compensation

Hourly rate: 100 – 140 PHP per hour, depending on experience and performance

Paid trial task: Paid at the same hourly rate

Hours: Part-time, flexible schedule

Performance-based raises available for consistent, reliable work.
