About the Role

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across paid media, SEO, content,
• Lead digital marketing projects from planning through execution, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Oversee website performance, conversion rate optimization, and user journey improvements
• Work closely with sales and leadership to support lead generation and revenue growth
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI
• Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and internal stakeholders in a remote environment
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Strong project management skills with experience running multiple campaigns remotely
• Proven track record of executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and attribution
• Experience with Google Analytics, ad platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Nice to Have
• Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team
• Background in B2B, logistics, e-commerce, or SaaS
• Experience managing vendors or junior tea
