JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as a Customer Engagement Specialist.

In this role, you will manage written conversations on behalf of online brands, ensuring subscribers receive timely, professional, and engaging responses. The objective is to maintain a high-quality customer experience through consistent communication and strong written interaction.

Responsibilities:

Manage direct written messages on assigned accounts
Engage subscribers using approved guidelines and brand tone
Personalize conversations based on subscriber behavior and preferences
Proactively initiate conversations to increase engagement
Maintain professionalism, consistency, and responsiveness during shifts

Requirements:

18+ years old
Strong written English skills
Ability to adapt tone and style (friendly, professional, conversational)
Reliable internet connection
Availability for at least 8-hour shifts, 5+ days per week
Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and improve performance

Compensation & Growth:

Performance-based compensation starting at 8%

Additional Information:

Previous experience in customer support, live chat, or online community management is a plus
