We are a growing European e-commerce business looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to handle customer support tasks. This is a fully remote position with long-term potential.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via
Handle order-related questions (shipping, tracking, delivery status)
Manage returns and basic complaints
Escalate complex issues when necessary
Requirements
Good written English
Customer support experience (dropshipping experience preferred)
Reliable internet connection
Professional and responsible work attitude
