Sales Development Representative

AI-MD partners with supplement and wellness brands across the U.S. to help them connect more meaningfully with their customers using AI-powered biomarker quizzes and personalized experiences. We’re looking for a relationship-focused SDR who loves starting conversations, shows up with warmth and clarity, and takes pride in helping prospects feel seen and supported. This is a long-term remote opportunity with real growth potential for someone excited to work U.S. hours and be part of a supportive, high-performing team.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in:
- Appointment setting
- Cold calling
- SDR/BDR work
- Outbound sequences (calls, SMS, email)
- Lead qualification
- CRM pipelines (Experience with Airtable is an asset)

Requirements:
- Perfect English: Clear, neutral, professional spoken English
- Able to work U.S. time zones
- Reliable internet + quiet work environment
- Experience in SDR, appointment setting, or B2B outbound calling
- Strong confidence speaking with U.S.-based executives on the phone
- Organized, detail-oriented, consistent
- Comfortable following defined processes
