eCommerce Email Designer

Location: Remote (Work from anywhere)
Compensation: $10-$25 per email design (depending on experience and quality of work)
Type: Part-time / Project-based, with potential for long-term work

Your work will include:
- Designing promotional campaigns, automated flows, newsletters, and sign-up forms.
- Creating mobile-responsive, visually engaging layouts that align with our brand.
- Organizing Figma files, layers, and components for easy use and collaboration.
- Collaborating with me personally (Hi, I’m the Founder - Jacques!) to ensure designs meet campaign goals.
- Suggesting design improvements and best practices to increase engagement and conversion.
- Keeping up-to-date with email design trends, technical constraints, and accessibility best practices.

What We’re Looking For
- 2 years experience minimum designing emails for eCommerce brands.
- Proficient in Figma and able to deliver clean, organized, production-ready designs.
- Strong understanding of email layout, hierarchy, and mobile optimization.
- Knowledge of email best practices (CTA placement, readability, accessibility).
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to receive feedback.
