We're on the hunt for an AI E-Commerce Video Editor to join our creative team. Your mission? To create scroll-stopping video ads that turn cold traffic into loyal customers—using cutting-edge AI tools to produce content faster and better than traditional methods.

! Important! As much as we love growth & development, if you have ZERO experience creating video ads for e-commerce or direct response marketing, unfortunately, this role is not for you… But if you do ????

! We're scaling aggressively on Facebook and Instagram, and video is eating the world. Our static ads are performing—but we know video is the unlock to our next level of growth. We need a dedicated video editor who can keep up with our testing velocity and isn't afraid to embrace AI tools to 10x their output.

The purpose of the AI E-Commerce Video Editor Role is to:
Create high-converting video ads that drive sales—using AI tools to maximize speed and quality while maintaining authentic, benefit-driven messaging that speaks to real customer pain points.
As a Video Editor on our team, you have:
- Experience editing short-form video ads (UGC-style, product demos, testimonials, or direct response ads)
- Familiarity with AI video tools (Arcads, CapCut, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, or similar)
- Understanding of what makes people STOP scrolling and WATCH
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce or willingness to learn fast

As a Video Editor on our team, you are:
- Hungry to learn and improve
- Fast—you don't overthink, you execute and iterate
- Detail-oriented with strong visual instincts
- Comfortable receiving direct feedback and implementing it quickly
- Self-motivated and reliable with deadlines


! Your Responsibilities
· Edit 10-20+ video ad variations per week using AI-assisted workflows
· Transform raw UGC footage, product clips, and AI-generated assets into polished ads
· Add captions, hooks, transitions, and CTAs optimized for mobile-first viewing
· Collaborate with our creative strategist to bring ad concepts to life
· Stay current on AI video tools and bring new techniques to the team
· Follow brand guidelines while testing new creative angles
· Organize and manage video assets in our shared drive
· Hit deadlines consistently—speed matters in paid media
