Mobile App UI/UX Designer, YouTube Thumbnails, Branding

Looking for a talented designer to help me improve my pool and billiard products and branding. You'll primarily be designing mobile app user interfaces and experiences, with additional work creating YouTube thumbnails and brand graphics.

What You'll Do:
• Design intuitive mobile app UI/UX (screens, flows, interactions)
• Create wireframes and prototypes for new app features
• Improve existing app designs based on user feedback and analytics
• Refine and customize AI-generated graphics to match our brand and quality standards
• Design YouTube thumbnails that get clicks (bright, clear, attention-grabbing)
• Create graphics for social media, marketing materials, and other brand assets
• Help maintain consistent branding across all platforms
• Make quick revisions based on feedback

What We Need From You:
• Strong portfolio showing mobile app UI/UX work (required - show examples)
• Understanding of user experience principles and mobile design patterns
• Experience with YouTube thumbnails OR similar social media graphics
• Proficient in Figma or similar UI/UX tools
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Affinity or equivalent design software
• Comfortable working with AI tools and editing AI-generated content to professional standards
• Good understanding of iOS/Android design guidelines
• Fast learner who can adapt to our brand style
• Good communication in English
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Reliable internet connection for file sharing and communication

Bonus Points:
• Experience conducting user research or usability testing
• Understanding of what makes thumbnails get clicks
• Experience with brand identity work
• Some video editing or motion graphics skills
