Virtual Assistant for Job Search

At Sourcify, we help busy job seekers manage their job hunt end-to-end. Our team supports candidates by identifying strong roles, securing referrals, and submitting applications on their behalf.

We’re hiring virtual assistants to help our candidates execute their job search. Internally, we call this role a Sourcer.

As a Sourcer, you’ll be responsible for:

1. Finding relevant job opportunities based on candidate requirements
2. Messaging professionals on LinkedIn to request referrals using provided scripts
3. Submitting job applications accurately and on time

We’re a technology-enabled company, so you’ll work from a custom internal dashboard that tracks jobs through all stages of the pipeline—from sourcing roles to submitting applications.

This role is a good fit for someone who:
1. Has very strong written English and can communicate clearly and professionally
2. Is highly detail-oriented and takes pride in submitting accurate, error-free work
3. Is comfortable following structured processes and checklists
4. Can manage tasks across multiple candidates at once
5. Is reliable, responsive, and consistent with daily execution
