I am looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help me sell personal items as I am preparing to leave the country.
I currently live in Geneva, Switzerland, very close to France, and I need support managing online marketplace listings and buyer communications across multiple platforms.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Creating clear, attractive product descriptions based on photos and information I provide
Posting listings on
Managing all incoming messages from interested buyers
Filtering out scams and unserious inquiries
Answering basic questions (condition, price, availability, location)
Negotiating prices within guidelines I will provide
Identifying serious buyers and booking appointments / calls / meet-ups
Keeping me updated on listed items, serious leads, appointments, and completed sales
=> Additional scope (bonus):
I will also have a car to sell. If you already have experience listing and managing car sales on online marketplaces, this will be considered a strong advantage, but it is not mandatory.
I will provide:
Photos of the items (and car, if applicable)
Base pricing and negotiation guidelines
Availability windows
Clear instructions and decision rules
Your role is to handle execution, communication, and follow-up, allowing me to focus on other priorities.

Experience using
Comfortable learning and using new local marketplace platforms
Strong written English (French is a plus, but not required)
Ability to identify scams and low-quality leads
Confident, polite, and professional communication
Comfortable negotiating prices on behalf of a client
Organized, responsive, and trustworthy
