Shopify Order Support – Part-time (ChatGPT Assisted)

We are looking for a part-time Customer Support assistant.

Tasks:
- Reply to customer emails using templates and ChatGPT
- Check order tracking on Shopify and provide information to customers by email (when requested)
- Receive order numbers, open orders in Shopify, and send a template email to request full address and phone number
- Forward updated customer information once received

Details:
- Around 20–30 emails per day
- Occasional address updates (simple copy/paste)
- Very simple and repetitive tasks
- No English required (translation tools allowed, ChatGPT)

Workload:
~1 hour per day
6 days per week

This is NOT a sales job.
Salary will increase through time
