YOU WILL:
• Edit engaging short clips for social media (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and full long-form videos for YouTube.
• Pull the BEST ---------- nts from long recording sessions to create high-retention content.
• Add motion graphics, text overlays, effects, and sound design.
YOU NEED:
• VERY proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Expert at motion graphics and creating dynamic, thumb-stopping visuals.
• Ability to work with minimal direction: Turn raw footage into incredible, viral-ready videos.
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and understanding of platform algorithms (hooks, retention).
• Portfolio of edited social clips and YouTube videos required.
